Full Time, 40 hours per week
We are seeking two Chefs with flair and ambition who love what they do. We have a unique and well known premises with oodles of character, we want to build on the excellent reputation and offer we already have.
This is a great opportunity for chefs with a genuine interest and love for food. Currently we run a daytime restaurant 7 days a week 9am – 5pm. Our aim is to open and operate an evening service that runs 3 nights a week. We want to make this work with no split shifts and scheduled weekends off.
There are two roles available for varying levels of experience. Even if you are a little green, just starting out and looking to grow, we have an Executive Chef who is happy to train and encourage the right candidate. If you are more experienced and looking for diners to delight, we welcome a new flair who can complement our existing Chefs
