Welcome to House of Marbles, where we like to keep things quirky and fun. This isn’t your ordinary arts and crafts session – this is a pom-pom extravaganza! (Cue jazz hands.)
Forget about the standard ‘make-your-own’ sessions you’ve seen a million times. This is a revolutionary, life-changing experience… okay, maybe not life-changing, but it’s definitely cooler than tidying your room. We’re talking pom-poms that magically transform into fruits! Strawberry, Watermelon, Pineapple – take your pick. Or be a crafting rebel and make a fruit salad of pom-poms. Your call.
Let’s be honest, this is for primary-school aged kids who think glitter glue is a life essential. But hey, we don’t discriminate. Parents, you’re more than welcome to join in the fun. Whether you have the crafting skills of Martha Stewart or you’ve never even held a glue stick before, we’ve got you covered. Each session is a solid 1.5 to 2 hours – plenty of time to create something you’ll proudly display or gift to someone.
Why get involved? Because your child’s bedroom needs a pop of colour that isn’t just the scattered Lego pieces on the floor. This pom-pom garland is the perfect touch. Or, if you’re feeling extra social, it makes a fantastic party decoration. Trust us, nothing says I’m an awesome host like a fruit garland made of fluffy balls. Everything you need to make a fabulous Pom Pom Fruit Garland (like the one pictured) will be included in this session, with:
~ All materials and tools required provided on the day.
~ Instruction on how to create different fruit styles from wool, and thread onto your string.
~ A chance to learn more about making pom-poms.
~ The know-how to go away and create more pompom garlands again in future.
We will provide all the materials and expert guidance needed, ensuring you have ample crafting and styling time. Our experienced instructor will expertly guide you through the art crafting with wool, using a variety of methods.
This session is designed for one child per Fruit Garland, with one parent/guardian present per child. One responsible adult is able to oversee up to 2 child attendees (please provide duplicate parent/guardian information on both bookings).
Garland measures 1 metre approx. This session is recommended for children aged 5+ years of age.
