Changing your Santa’s Grotto booking is absolutely fine, and we’re happy to help. If you need to move your visit, just choose a new date and time slot that works for you and has availability.
To make this fair for all visitors, a small rescheduling fee of 10% of the original ticket value (£15.99) applies, which is £1.59 per ticket.
To reschedule:
- Add this rescheduling fee to your basket.
- Adjust the quantity to match the number of tickets you’d like to move.
- Complete checkout.
