How much does it cost?
£9.99 per pet.
Do I have to buy a ticket for myself or my children to accompany our pet?
No, you do not. Please be aware that children will not be acknowledged by Santa, and will not receive a gift. Please see our Santa's Grotto events for children to visit Santa.
Can I bring other pets to see Santa?
Yes! Cats, guinea pigs etc. are all welcome! Please let us know what species you will be bringing to see Santa, and he will provide an appropriate goody bag.
What is included in the ticket price?
An experience and photo opportunity with Santa, and a goody bag filled with seasonal treats to enjoy. 50p from each Santa Paws ticket sale will be donated to PDSA.
What is the maximum party size?
Due to space restrictions in our Grotto, we recommend that a maximum group of 6 people accompanying their pets, so that we can ensure that there is plenty of room for you and your party, along with Santa and his elves. If you would like to book a larger group, we recommend you call us on 01626 835 285 (option 6) so that we can allocate the time accordingly. We would like to avoid splitting groups up where possible, so encourage you to call in advance to arrange this.
If I miss my time slot, can I join a later one?
We understand that delays happen- if this is the case, please contact us as soon as possible on 01626 831 313 to advise, and we will try to accommodate you in the next time slot on the day, as long as we hear from you before 3pm. However, please note that this is only subject to availability.
Will you provide a refund or transfer for my pre-booked tickets if I need to cancel my booking?
Yes, we can do this for you up to 7 days before your booking slot. However, please note that we operate a no refunds policy except for COVID-related reasons after this time. Please notify us 48 hours before your visit via email – firstname.lastname@example.org. All refunds are at House of Marbles’ discretion.
Can I take photos in the Grotto?
Yes, of course. Alternatively, Santa's elves are always happy to take a group photo if required.
