Sous Chef
The Old Pottery Restaurant is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join their dynamic kitchen team. They are looking for a passionate chef who is enthusiastic about exploring new opportunities. With a strong focus on using fresh, locally sourced produce, the Sous Chef will work alongside the Head Chef to deliver high-quality dishes whilst maintaining an efficient kitchen environment. This exciting opportunity comes with a friendly work-life balance that includes predominantly daytime hours, rotational weekends off, and the chance to contribute to future evening events.
